1105.05  ZONING DISTRICTS DESCRIBED.
   (a)    R-1.  Reserves undeveloped or low density residential land suited for low density, single family development on large lots.  Mobile homes are excluded from the District.
   (b)    R-2.  Reflects the existing pattern of medium density residential development and the intent to provide ample land for development of single family medium density residential areas which will require and justify the provision of group sewers.  New single family homes and mobile homes are permitted in this District.
   (c)    R-3. Provides small and medium sized areas for new two-family and multiple-family development.  The intent is that these areas be strategically located with respect to commercial areas, highway frontage, built up areas and/or special natural features of the Village.  Mobile homes are excluded from this District.
   (d)    R - MHP.  Designed to allow expansion of existing mobile home parks and and new mobile home park construction.
   (e)    C - 1.  Designed to reflect current and historic commercial and office center of the Village, where most of the banks, businesses, and commercial uses have located. 
   (f)    C-2.  Designed to accommodate commercial uses that require lots for display/or outdoor storage purposes and commercial uses dependent upon a roadside location serving Village residents and external traffic.  Also reflects existing pattern of industrial establishments, allows for future expansions, and delineates land for new industrial development by virtue of access to state highway network and/or railroads.
   (g)    UL.  Allows use for farming, agriculture production, and related farm uses, excluding livestock.
   (h)    R-C.    Designed to accommodate single family, two-family, multiple family, general commercial and industrial development.  Meet same requirements as specified in R - 3 and/or C - 2 Districts.
   (i)    P-1.  Designed to accommodate existing public and noncommercial recreation purposes and provide land for future uses.
   (j)    P-2.  Designed to accommodate schools, churches, cultural buildings, parochial schools, colleges, hospitals, and other facilities of a similar non-profit nature.
   (k)    P-3. Designed to accommodate public administrative and operational facilities, including land devoted to storage and maintenance of equipment and materials.
