(a) All full-time employees shall be entitled to paid funeral leave on regular work days as follows:
(1) Three days for the death of an immediate family member. Immediate family means the employee's spouse, parents, children, sisters, brothers, stepfather, stepmother, grandparents, stepchildren, father-in-law, and mother-in-law.
(2) One day for the death of an employee's great-grandparents, sister in-law, brother-in-law, son-in-law, and daughter-in-law.
(b) Employees shall be paid at a rate of 100% of their base rate of pay.
(c) Funeral leave shall not be accumulated.
