The Village of Forest hereby authorizes the procedure described in Ohio R.C. 3929.86(C) and (D), as the same may be amended from time to time, to require the transfer of insurance proceeds from certain fire loss claims to the Village. The Village Administrator is hereby designated as the officer authorized to carry out the duties of Ohio R.C. 3929.86. The Village Administrator shall file a certified copy of this section for public record with the superintendent of insurance. (Ord. 1573. Passed 5-11-00.)
