145.02  PAY PERIODS, DEDUCTIONS, BASIC WORK WEEK.
   (a)   All employees shall be paid biweekly.
 
   (b)   Pay shall be subject to all payroll deductions.
 
   (c)   The basic work week shall be forty (40) hours beginning at midnight Wednesday and ending at midnight the following Wednesday.
