(a) Enforcement by Mayor and Zoning Officer.
(b) Zoning Permit to be revoked if false information has been provided.
(c) Invalidity of a part - If one section is ruled in a court of law to be invalid, it does not mean the entire Ordinance is invalid.
(d) Repeal of existing ordinance - Any past Ordinance that is inconsistent with Zoning Ordinance passed by Village Council is repealed.
(e) Violations - Mayor, Village Council, Village Solicitor, Zoning Enforcement Officer, or any neighboring property owner may report violations to Zoning Enforcement Officer.
(f) Landlords must provide a written summary of Zoning Ordinance to renters.
(g) Fine - Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this Zoning Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each and every reconstruction, enlargement, change, maintenance, or use continued, may be deemed a separate offense.
