1117.04 VILLAGE COUNCIL.
   (a)    Approve appointments made by Mayor for Board of Zoning Appeals.
   (b)    Approve appointments made by Mayor for Zoning Enforcement Officer.
   (c)    Approve appointments made by Mayor for 3 - 5 members of Village Planning Commission.
   (d)    Act on recommended amendments.
   (e)    Three quarters (¾ ) vote required to override any Variance acted on by Zoning Board of Appeals.
