The Park and Recreation Director shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Village park and swimming pool, the supervision of park and/or pool employees (including employees whose salaries are paid with state or federal funds), and shall work with local community organizations to coordinate park and pool activities, all as per a detailed job description to be adopted by the Village Recreation Board subject to the approval of the Village Council.
