(a) Enforce provisions.
(b) Interpret and update the text and map.
(c) Issue Zoning Permits and keep records of Permits issued.
(d) Act on all applications within 30 days of being filed. Issue Zoning Permit or written notification of refusal within those 30 days. Applicant may submit request to Zoning Board of Appeals.
(e) Determine if property is in compliance. Enforcement Officer notifies in writing the property owner and specifies the nature and action required.
(f) Recommend fees for permits.
