§ 34.07 PENALTIES IMPOSED BY COURT.
   Whenever the Municipal Judge finds a party guilty of violating a municipal ordinance within the jurisdiction of the Court, he or she may impose a fine or imprisonment, or both, not to exceed $500 or 30 days. Whenever the Municipal Judge finds a party guilty of violating a state law within the jurisdiction of the Court, he or she may impose a fine or imprisonment as allowed under state law.
