§ 118.01 PURPOSE, APPLICABILITY, AND DEFINITIONS.
   (A)   Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to regulate commercial activity on public property within the city including streets, sidewalks, rights-of-way, parks, playgrounds, and the public beach.
   (B)   Definition. For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY. Advertising a business of any kind; or selling, renting, or delivering goods or services.
