§ 71.05 PLACING DEBRIS ON STREETS.

No person shall throw or deposit upon any street any glass bottles, glass, nails, tacks, wires, cans, papers, trash, or any other substance, and any person who drops or permits to be dropped or thrown upon any street any such material shall immediately remove it or cause it to be removed.
