(A) The owner, agent, lessee, or occupant of the premises shall be individually and collectively responsible for complying with the terms of this chapter.
(B) Any party noncompliant with the terms of this chapter shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days. No penalty shall exceed the penalty provided by state law for similar offenses. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day a violation occurs or continues.
