§ 36.22 SPECIFIC CITY PURCHASING AND PROCUREMENT POLICY EXCLUSIONS.
   The hiring of municipal judges, lobbyists, attorneys, including the City Attorney, or any product or service provider exempted by State law are exempt from the purchasing procedure in §§ 36.15 et seq. Department heads should solicit multiple responses for comparison, but they shall not be subjected to procurement procedures.
