§ 36.07 LITIGATION EXPENSES.
   The City Administrator has the authority to expend up to $20,000 upon the recommendation and justification of the City Attorney in writing for the purpose of employing expert witnesses, hiring alternate attorneys, scheduling depositions, and related preparation for litigation in any legal matter which involves the City of Folly Beach General Government or Utilities.
