The Director of Finance shall prepare a quarterly report showing all receipts and expenditures during the quarter as well as the balances in all city accounts. A copy of this report shall be given to each Council member and the Mayor. Following its acceptance, it shall become a public record and shall be on file in the office of the Director of Finance.
