§ 72.10 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES.
   No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway, right-of-way, or other public property for the primary purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying it for sale;
   (B)   Advertising of any nature whatsoever; or
   (C)   Greasing or repairing the vehicle except for repairs necessitated by an emergency.
