(A) Commercial deliveries in the City of Folly Beach between 2nd Street East and 2nd Street West are only permitted between 2:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and between 2:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (noon) Friday through Sunday. The only commercial loading permitted in this area after these times is:
(1) From a single, marked, legal parking space; or
(2) Private property; or
(3) The first block alleys behind Center Street East and West.
(B) During loading hours in division (A), no person shall stand or park a vehicle in a loading zone for any purpose other than the expeditious unloading or loading of commercial materials. Use of a loading zone shall be limited to 30 minutes for vehicles with commercial license plates from any state. Commercial loading zones are only legal parking spaces for deliveries between 2:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and between 2 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (noon), Friday through Sunday.
