(A) No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle upon a street in a manner that interferes with the free passage of emergency or other vehicles.
(B) No person shall park in a manner that leaves a portion of a vehicle or trailer protruding into the roadway, including side mirrors or objects being transported.
(C) If a vehicle or trailer is parked on the side of a roadway, all tires must be completely out of the roadway. If the side of the roadway is marked by a white line, all tires must be completely off the white line.
