(A) Every vehicle stopped or parked upon a roadway where parking is allowed shall be stopped or parked with the wheels of the vehicle parallel to and within 12 inches of the curb.
(B) Where lines have been painted to indicate parking spaces, parked vehicles must be entirely within those lines.
