All vehicles shall be parked parallel to the roadway unless: the vehicle is legally parked in a driveway, official marks or signs permit angle parking and the vehicle is parked at an angle to the roadway indicated by the marks or signs, or the vehicle is parked in an area where other than parallel parking has been approved by City Council.
