(A) Except as otherwise provided in division (B), any person violating a provision of this traffic and parking code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days as provided in § 10.99.
(B) All violations of the state statutes adopted by reference in § 70.02 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100 or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days as provided in S.C. Code § 56-5-6150, unless otherwise specified in state law.
