§ 70.06 MOVING A VEHICLE THAT HAS BEEN IMPOUNDED OR IMMOBILIZED.
   It shall be unlawful to move a vehicle that has been legally impounded or immobilized, or to encourage or assist anyone doing so, without permission from the Director of Public Safety or the Director’s designee.
