§ 70.05 AUTHORITY TO DIRECT TRAFFIC, PROHIBIT PARKING, AND ISSUE PARKING CITATIONS.
   The Director of Public Safety and the Director’s designees are authorized to direct traffic, issue parking citations, and prohibit or restrict parking of vehicles on public property or along streets.
