§ 70.03 REMOVAL OF OBJECTS OBSTRUCTING VIEWS.
   Every bush, tree, plant or other article which obstructs a clear view of traffic is hereby declared a public nuisance, and the city is authorized to remove the nuisance or cause their removal without notice.
