§ 32.04 APPOINTMENT AND DUTIES OF THE CITY CLERK-TREASURER.
   City Council shall appoint the City Clerk- Treasurer. The City Clerk-Treasurer shall serve as the city's historian, business license administrator, collector of all city funds; ensuring said funds are balanced and accurately recorded daily, maintains all city files and records pertaining to the administration of the city, and performs other such duties as are assigned by City Council.
