§ 96.07 PENALTIES; EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.

(A) A violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

(B) There is no private right of action that is created by this section or money damages available to any person based on this section.
