It is the policy of the city that no person shall be discriminated against in the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, familial status, disability, or sexual orientation.
