§ 32.03 CITY ADMINISTRATOR.
   The Office of City Administrator is hereby created. The powers and duties shall be set as per S.C. Code § 5-9-30, which lists the specific powers of the Mayor so as to authorize the administrative officer to perform the duties of Administrator, as specified by the Mayor, and in accordance with the laws of the state.
