§ 169.04 RESPONSIBLE PERSONS.
   Any person who violates this ZDO shall be subject to the remedies and penalties set forth in this chapter.

§ 169.05 ENFORCEMENT GENERALLY.
   § 169.05-01 Responsibility for Enforcement.
   The Zoning Administrator shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions of this ZDO.
