§ 133.04 EAVESDROPPING OR PEEPING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to be an eavesdropper or peeping Tom. The term PEEPING TOM, as used in this section, shall be defined as one who peeps through the windows or doors or other like places for the purposes of spying upon or invading the privacy of the person spied upon and doing any other acts of a similar nature tending to invade the privacy of the persons.
