§ 132.06 BAD CHECKS.
   (A)   S.C. Code § 34-11-90, as amended, is hereby fully incorporated by reference, as if fully set forth, into the ordinances of the city.
   (B)   All bad checks in an amount not over $200 shall be tried in the Municipal Court.
