§ 132.05 DEFACING MONUMENTS OR HISTORICAL SIGNS.
   It shall be unlawful to willfully remove, destroy, mutilate, damage or deface in any way or to any extent any monument or historical sign in, on or upon any public park, street or private property of the city.
