In the event there is a term used in this ZDO that is not defined in this section, the Zoning Administrator shall have the authority to provide a definition through the interpretation procedure, § 162.03-14, Interpretation, based upon the definitions used in accepted sources, including but not limited to The Planners Dictionary, A Glossary of Zoning, Development, and Planning Terms, and A Survey of Zoning Definitions, published by the American Planning Association.
