§ 111.01 ADOPTION OF STATE LAW.
   (A)   All the provisions and requirements of the general laws of the state in regard to alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, ale, porter, spirits, and other similar malt or fermented beverages as contained in S.C. Code §§ 61-2-10 through 61-10-290 and amendments thereto, insofar as the provisions and amendments have application within the city, are hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter as fully as though set out herein.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to fail or refuse to comply with the sections of the state law referred to above.
   (C)   ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE, BEER, WINE, ALE, PORTER, SPIRITS, and OTHER SIMILAR MALT OR FERMENTED BEVERAGES shall be defined for purposes of this chapter as stated in Title 61 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976, as amended from time to time.
