§ 94.02 REMOVAL OF WEEDS, TRASH AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   Cleaning a lot shall consist of cutting and removing therefrom all high grass over 12 inches high, bushes or weeds, and also any trash and automobiles that are a health and safety hazard, unused mechanical equipment, or other debris of any description which may be on the property owner's land.
   (B)   Any automobile shall be deemed a health and safety hazard if the automobile is left unused and is not in operating condition, or becomes a haven for animals or vermin, or is over-grown with vegetation, or is a danger to small children.
