(A) Any person violating any provision of this subchapter shall be deemed guilty of a civil offense and shall be subject to a fine of up to $500 upon conviction.
(B) Multiple violations; multiple offenders. An investigating officer may issue citations for multiple violations that occur on the same date at the same location and may issue citations to anyone who contributed to the noise.
(C) Owner or agent must provide assistance. If requested by the Department of Public Safety, the owner or local agent shall render assistance to the Department in resolving complaints about noise at a rental property.
(D) Notice to property owners required. If a violation occurs on private property and the owner of the property was not present, the city shall make a good faith effort to notify the property owner of the incident and shall document such notification.
