§ 131.07 UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY.
   It shall be unlawful for the host or person in charge of any property to allow a party, gathering or assembly that exhibits any of the following: loud music; loud or boisterous voices causing complaints by neighbors; alcohol possession or consumption by persons under 21 years of age; illicit drug use or possession; blocking streets or driveways by vehicles or people; obscene or profane language or gestures. The person sponsoring, hosting, renting or organizing the assembly may be charged with a violation of this section and be subjected to a fine or imprisonment.
