§ 131.04 FIREWORKS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to sell or otherwise distribute fireworks within the city.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to shoot or discharge fireworks within the city.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to use fireworks in public displays or exhibits unless the person desiring to give them shall have first obtained written approval therefor from the City Council.
