§ 116.09 SIGNAGE REQUIRED AT PLACE OF PAYMENT.
   Every entity performing non-consensual tows shall have affixed in a prominent place, clearly visible to patrons retrieving towed vehicles, a sign provided by the city outlining the maximum fees and required methods of payment.
