§ 92.01 PARK AND RECREATION FUND.
   There is hereby created a Park and Recreation Fund. All payments and disbursements from the Fund as and when made shall be validated by the countersignature of a member of Council designated by Council to countersign or validate checks drawn from the Fund. There shall be a monthly report by the Council member designated as countersigner of the Fund. This report shall be made at a public meeting of Council.
