§ 55.08 ENFORCEMENT; PENALTIES FOR OFFENSES.

Failure to comply with the inspection and repair provisions of this chapter will be deemed a violation of Chapter 94: Health and Sanitation; Nuisances. Penalties, up to and including termination of water services, will be administered as per § 10.99.
