§ 134.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   A person violating the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, may be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $500 or serve a term not exceeding 30 days in jail or both. Each day a violation of this section thereof shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   For each day over the 30 days that a violation of §§ 134.52 through 134.57 is not abated, there will be a $50 per day fine. The imposition of this fine shall not be suspended. Each day of violation after the expiration of the 30-day period provided in § 134.41(B) shall constitute a separate offense for the purpose of calculating the civil penalty.
   (C)   In addition to any other penalties allowed by federal, state or local law, a person violating the provisions of §§ 134.50 through 134.54 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not less than $1,000 nor more than $5,000 or imprisoned up to 30 days, or both. In addition, the towner must remove the abandoned watercraft within 14 days of conviction. The city Municipal Court is vested with jurisdiction for cases arising under this section
