§ 53.57 STOP WORK ORDER.
   The Director of Public Works may issue a stop work order if any construction activity conducted in violation of this subchapter. The stop work order shall require correction of the NOV. Any owner, operator, or other person in violation of a stop work order is subject to payment of all fees, bonds, and penalties prior to the lifting of the stop work order.
