Any owner, operator, or person subject to a violation of the NPDES general permit for stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity permit (except construction activities) shall comply with all provisions of the permit. Proof of compliance with the permit will be required in a form acceptable to the Director of Public Works prior to or as a condition of the issuance of approval of an application or a building permit.
