§ 53.37 SWMP ADOPTION.
   The SWMP which has been developed by the city to implement the purposes of this subchapter shall serve as the basis for directing the city’s efforts to control stormwater runoff and discharge. The SWMP is incorporated by reference and is hereby a part of this subchapter. The SWMP requirements are to be complied with and shall be enforced in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
