§ 53.23 DURATION OF FEE.
   The fees established by this subchapter have been adopted by City Council. This fee will be reviewed, evaluated, and amended as necessary in order to address County stormwater program needs/deficiencies and Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (SMS4) general permit requirements.
