(A) No person shall establish a business providing for the tattooing or body piercing of persons within the corporate limits of the city. This business is repugnant to the community and is in direct conflict with the city's Comprehensive Plan. No business license to operate the business will be issued by the city.
(B) In the event a business attempts to open in conflict with this section, it will be closed immediately by the Code Enforcement Officer.
