(A) Sewerage systems to be conveyed to the city will be done by the owner preparing and submitting to the city an instrument of conveyance, conveying the constructed system to the city at no cost to the city and the system shall thereafter be owned, operated and maintained by the city as provided for in this chapter.
(B) The instrument of conveyance shall also include permanent easements and rights-of-way fully described and duly recorded at the appropriate authority.
