§ 30.01 FORM OF GOVERNMENT.
   The present governing body of the city shall be that of the Mayor-Council form of government, with the Mayor and six Council members. All members shall be elected at large, as provided in S.C. Code §§ 5-9-10 through 5-9-30, as amended.
