§ 52.077 APPLICATION FOR SERVICE.

Only property owners shall be allowed to apply for residential sewer service or for the transfer of residential sewer service. Tenants or renters shall not be allowed to apply for this service or for the transfer of this service. Each new customer shall pay an account transfer fee which shall be established by City Council.
